She truly understands how sacred and powerful the healing process can be and allows the session to unfold organically by giving space for energy to move naturally with heart centered compassion. After eight weeks or so of working with Dani (once a week) and practicing daily , my issues have greatly improved. I'm no longer having those "creaky" days after a weekend of golfing, and I'm not seeking to get adjusted nearly as often. I would absolutely recommend Dani! Dani Peterson is a wonderful Foundation Instructor. She is very knowledgeable and has a great disposition. I've really enjoyed her classes as she. She is fun to be around, very helpful and offers lots of one-on-one instruction. I have a fairly serious issue with my lower spine which resulted in daily pain in my lower back and pelvis. I do the exercises she has taught me on a daily basis, and sometimes more often. She goes above and beyond what I would have expected, and she has helped me alleviate a lot of the pain in my low back and pelvis.
Dani is an experienced Yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable on safe movement and best practice. I love all her modalities (Yoga Nidra, Foundation Training, Stretch Therapy, Yoga, etc) I always feel safe and comfortable while in her care. Dani taught me how to move correctly within the parameters of Foundation Training and provided an extra level of emotional support.
