GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF STILLNESS 

In a world where noise is the norm, consider setting aside time for just for YOU! Minimize external distractions and experience a moment of peace and tranquility.  


WHAT TO EXPECT

Utilizing several body, breath and awareness techniques, you'll be guided throughout the practice.  You'll move from an active beta brainwave state of being towards alpha brainwaves, allowing you the opportunity to experience the power of now. You may even drop into more subtle levels of silent stillness from within...theta brainwave states (deep meditation) where internal shifts take place and real transformation is possible.  


Experience the mind beneath the waves (aka chatter, chaos, confusion) and come away feeling relaxed, refreshed, and open to the fullness of life. 


PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 minutes early to set up your space.  Props (mats, blankets and bolsters) are provided, but feel free to bring a special pillow or blanket for supreme comfort. 


NEW TO THE PRACTICE?

Yoga Nidra is a simple practice, and no experience is needed.
