WHAT TYPE OF CLASS IS THIS?
This is a gentle, meditative, reflective, and thematic yoga class that will also include meditation and breath work. It will invite you to explore and follow the promptings of your own body. The practice is simple and yet, you will be challenged to BE in the practice rather than DO the practice. There are no complicated poses and flexibility is not required thus making this accessible to almost any body.
Living a life of Meditation in Motion means Being Knowingly Aware under all conditions in all circumstances.
Please Note This class is also helping me to fulfill additional training hours so I need individuals who can participate in all 4 classes.

This series is about remembering who you are. It's about coming home, exploring paths to wholeness and self fulfillment. We'll journey into the source of healing, releasing self-imposed limitations and judgments, as we clear the way to your full potential. Together we will celebrate and honor our journeys, and you will learn how to show up and live courageously and confidently.
These experiential workshops will use the body mind connection, as a process for personal growth and change, bringing you into a deeper understanding of your true nature. We'll explore and utilize several powerful techniques for clearing and releasing patterns and emotions that are holding you back in life.
IF YOU ARE FEELING: restless or frustrated, unfulfilled, sad or lonely, stressed, worried or anxious...these workshops will no doubt help to bring clarity into your life.

We'll look at how the mind works and how it can be used to make necessary changes in order to experience the life you were meant to live.
Explore the body, its blocks and boundaries and how to create space that will allow you to move with more peace and ease.
Develop awareness of emotions and how they affect you in your personal relationships and in life and the world at large.
Learn to live more open to possibilities, living your life abundantly and experiencing it fully. (Potluck and Ceremony)
