About Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy blends gentle assisted and non-assisted yoga postures, breath and meditative facilitation to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can address both their physical symptoms (stiffness, constriction, tightness and pain) and the underlying issues that often contribute to or exacerbate the visible symptoms.

Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach with the intent to align the body, mind, and spirit, and is effective for those recovering from or living with injury, pain, illness or trauma. 

Experiences vary based on individual needs, concerns and intentions.
